G. William Evarts, President ,the founder of Evarts Capital, has broad background and job experience in engineering, finance and corporate development with the following: The Austin Company- plant location consultant; Case & Co International, management consultants ; Youngstown Steel Door Co- Director of Planning and Development; Baker & Co. - Investment Securities, Head of Corporate Finance; and U.S. Army Combat Engineers, Company Grade Officer.

B.S. Industrial Management – Carnegie Mellon University; U.S. Army- Combat Engineers, Advanced Officers Course, Ft. Belvoir, VA. Also studied engineering at Cornell University.

Present Board Memberships: Cleveland State University Foundation; Carnegie Mellon University Alumni Board. Associations Memberships: Association for Corporate Growth and Turnaround Management Association.

THE TEAM includes associates skilled and experienced in valuations, financial analysis, turn-around management, industrial marketing research, and strategic planning. From the beginning, Evarts has been privileged to have had former senior operating executives from public and private companies work with the firm as partners, full-time or part time associates or as consultants on various assignments.

Daniel Evarts, Advisor and Consultant, formerly in Cargill, Inc.’ s Strategic Planning Group and The Recovery Group – later CRG – as valuations expert and Senior Turnaround and Management Consultant.. Currently Private Equity Advisor and Management Consultant based in Europe.

B.A. in Economics - Yale University, Masters in Management Degree, Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University; ROTC and US Army Ranger’s School – Platoon Leader and Captain at the U S Army Space Command, Colorado Springs, CO.

Tina Lucas, Advisor and Consultant, Founder and President of Lucas Consulting Group – a firm which specializes in financial management in revising internal systems and assisting companies in raising debt and mezzanine funds.

Tina has a B.A. in Accounting from Lake Erie College and is a Certified Public Accountant. Tina’s background as an executive at two major banks in ;lending and work out cases as well as 15 years as a professional turn-around consultant bring deep experience to company owners who are anticipating a sale or purchase of a company. Lucas is based in Cleveland with a second office in Seattle.

Roger Breedlove, Advisor and Consultant, Founder of RMBreedlove Consultants, Interim COO and General Manager of numerous manufacturing operations largely in highly engineered industrial product manufacturing and international supply chain projects.

In particular, his Background includes P&L responsibility for transforming a job shop facility into a world-class Tier One supplier from break-even to 25% EBITDA with sales increase from $25 million to $65 million. He has managed companies in preparation for sale as well as turn-around situations . He has an MBA from Carnegie Mellon’s Tepper School of Business 1982 and worked for Booze Allen 1982-1984. He then worked at SOHIO and BP in various positions until 1994.
